1.What We Sell Here

• The free decal offers. The 2026 Sturgis "Insane Clown" 86th Anniversary vinyl decal and the "Those Who Disrespect Our Flag Have Never Been Handed A Folded One" vinyl decal cost nothing for the product itself. You pay only a shipping & handling fee.
• T-shirts. Designs such as the 2026 Sturgis Smokey Skull, "Those Who Disrespect Our Flag" and "We Stand For The Flag, We Kneel For The Fallen", sold at the price shown on the page, plus any shipping shown there.
• One-click add-ons. After you complete an order we may offer you another item, usually a shirt or a larger decal, that can be added to the same order with one click. See section 4.

Every price, size upcharge and shipping charge is shown in full on the page before you pay, and again on your receipt.

2.Who Can Order

• You must be 18 years or older and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must give a complete, accurate delivery address within the United States (see section 6).
• Orders are for personal use. You're welcome to order extra decals for friends and your crew, but we may limit, cancel or refuse orders that look like resale, or that are duplicated, automated or abusive.
• We may refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.

3.Prices & Payment

The free decals

The decal is $0.00. The shipping & handling fee depends on which decal and how many you order:

Optional Rush Shipping can be added to a decal order: $3.95 more for the Sturgis decal, $2.95 more for the "Those Who Disrespect Our Flag" decal. It's never pre-selected. It's added only if you tick the box yourself.

T-shirts

Each shirt's price and shipping charge are shown on its page before you buy. Some shirts cost more in larger sizes (for example, $2 or $3 more for 2XL–4XL). When they do, the page says so next to the sizes and the higher price is shown before you pay.

How you're charged

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Skull Society never sees or stores your full card number.
• Each purchase is charged once, for the total shown on the button you press, at the moment you place it.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Any sales tax is added on top and shown before you pay.
• There are no hidden charges and no fees added after the fact.

4.One-Click Add-Ons & Your Saved Card

Right after you complete an order, we may show you an offer to add another item to it. So you don't have to type your card in again, Stripe securely saves the payment method you used for that first order.

• Your saved card is charged only if you press the button to add the item on that page, and only for the amount shown there. If you decline or leave the page, nothing more is charged.
• Each add-on you accept is a separate charge with its own receipt. It ships with the rest of your order.
• We don't use your saved card for anything else. If you'd like it removed, email us and we'll remove it.

5.No Subscription, No Trial, No Recurring Billing

Every purchase here is a one-time purchase. Nothing you buy signs you up for a subscription, membership, continuity program, negative-option plan or free trial that turns into a paid plan. We will not charge your payment method unless you place an order or press the button to add an item, as described in section 4.

6.Shipping & Delivery

• Decals are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day.
• T-shirts are printed to order and ship within 3 business days.
• Orders with both ship together in one box once the shirt is printed, within 3 business days.
• Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Rush delivery (decal orders only) is typically 2–3 business days after shipment.
• You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays and incorrect addresses are outside our control. Rush upgrades our handling and shipping method but doesn't guarantee a delivery date.

United States only

We ship to United States addresses only, including APO/FPO military addresses. If an order is placed with an address outside the U.S., we'll cancel it and refund it in full.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we'll reship it once you give us a corrected address. A second shipping fee may apply. If the carrier shows a package as delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll work it out with you (see section 7).

7.60-Day Guarantee

Everything we sell here is covered for 60 days from your order date. How it works depends on what you bought.

Decals

If your decal doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or you're just not happy with it, email us within 60 days and choose a free replacement or a full refund of everything you paid. You don't need to send the decal back.

T-shirts

• Wrong size: mail the shirt back to us and tell us the size you need. Return postage is on you. As soon as it arrives, we ship the new size at no charge.
• Not happy with it, for any reason: mail it back and we'll refund the price of the shirt, including any size upcharge, once it arrives. Worn and washed is fine. The original shipping charge and your return postage aren't refunded.
• Damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item: don't send it back. Email us a photo and your order number and choose a replacement or a full refund including shipping.
• Never arrived: we'll reship it or refund it in full.

There's no restocking fee. Full instructions, including where to send a shirt, are on our Returns & Refunds page.

8.Returns & Refunds

To make a claim, email support@skullsociety.com or call 866.610.9441 with your order number or the email address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Returned shirts go to: Skull Society, ATTN: Hassle Free Returns, 200 2nd Ave S, Suite 502, Saint Petersburg, FL 33701. Include a note with your name, order number, and whether you want a refund or a different size (and which size). Please don't mail decals back. You never need to return a decal.

9.Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders move to fulfillment quickly. If you need to change your address, size or quantity, or cancel, email us as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't shipped, we'll fix it or cancel and refund it. Shirts are printed to order, so once printing has started we may not be able to change the size. If it has already shipped, the 60-day guarantee in section 7 still applies.

10.Availability & Offer Periods

Any offer, price, size or shipping option may be changed, paused or ended at any time without notice. An offer isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Orders we've confirmed are honored at the price shown when you ordered, even if the offer ends afterward. If we can't fulfill a confirmed order, we'll tell you and refund you in full. Offers are void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

11.About the Products

Decals

• Die-cut, UV-laminated vinyl, approximately 4 inches tall, made for outdoor use on clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces.
• Durability assumes proper application to a clean, dry surface and normal use. We aren't responsible for adhesion failure, paint or finish damage, or decals lost to improper application, unsuitable surfaces, pressure washing, solvents or removal.
• Don't apply anything to a windshield or window in a way that blocks your view or breaks local vehicle rules.

T-shirts

• Pre-shrunk cotton, classic unisex fit, printed to order in the USA.
• For the longest life, wash cold inside out and hang to dry.

Product photos and mockups are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly with your screen and with normal variation between print runs.

12.Email & Phone Contact

When you order, we email you order confirmations, shipping notices and tracking. These are transactional messages about your order.

By giving us your email address you also agree to receive marketing email from Skull Society about our gear and rally deals. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any marketing email, and you'll still get order and shipping updates. We don't sell your email address.

A phone number is optional. If you give us one, we use it for delivery and shipping updates about your order.

13.Your Information

We collect the name, contact details and shipping address needed to fill your order, and share them with the service providers that make that possible: our payment processor (Stripe), our store and fulfillment system, shipping carriers, and our email provider. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Our site also uses standard analytics and advertising tools, which may set cookies and measure actions like page views and completed orders. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how it's used and your choices, and you can opt out of advertising tracking on our Your Privacy Choices page.

14.Trademarks & Artwork

All artwork, designs, logos, photography and copy on this site are owned by Skull Society or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a decal or shirt gets you the item. It doesn't transfer any rights in the artwork. Reproducing, reselling or commercially using the artwork without our written permission isn't allowed.

Skull Society is an independent brand. This site and its products are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally™, the City of Sturgis or any of their affiliates, nor by the U.S. military or any government agency. All third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

15.Limitation of Liability

Except for the 60-day guarantee in section 7, products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Skull Society's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection laws that can't legally be waived. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that can't be settled by talking it out will be brought in the state or federal courts in Pinellas County, Florida.

17.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place your order is the one that applies to that order. The "last updated" date at the top shows when this page last changed.
