Free Decal Offer — Terms & Conditions

1.The Offer

Skull Society is giving away the 2026 Sturgis "Insane Clown" 86th Anniversary vinyl decal at no cost for the product itself. You pay only a shipping & handling fee, which is shown in full on the checkout page before you enter any payment details.

The decal is free. The shipping & handling fee is not refundable as a matter of course, but it is covered by our 60-day guarantee described in section 6.

2.Who Can Order

• You must be 18 years or older and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must provide a complete, accurate delivery address within the United States — see section 5.
• The offer is intended for personal use. You're welcome to order a multi-pack for friends and your crew, but we reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse orders that appear to be for resale, or that are duplicated, automated, or abusive.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund the shipping & handling fee in full.

3.Shipping Fees & Payment

The decal is $0.00. The shipping & handling fee depends on the quantity you select:

Optional Rush Shipping may be added at checkout for an additional $3.95. Rush shipping is optional, is never pre-selected for you, and is added to your total only if you tick the box yourself.

How you're charged

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Skull Society never sees or stores your full card number.
• Your card is charged one time, for the total shown on the checkout button, at the moment you place the order.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars.
• Any applicable sales tax is additional and shown before you pay.

4.No Subscription, No Trial, No Recurring Billing

This is a one-time purchase. Claiming a free decal does not enroll you in a subscription, membership, continuity program, negative-option plan, or free trial that converts to a paid plan. We will not charge your payment method again unless you place a new order yourself.

5.Shipping & Delivery

• Processing: orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day.
• Standard delivery: typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Rush delivery: typically 2–3 business days after shipment.
• Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and incorrect addresses are outside our control. "Rush" upgrades our handling and shipping method; it does not create a guaranteed delivery date.

United States only

At this time this offer ships to United States addresses only, including APO/FPO military addresses. We are not accepting international orders. If an order is placed with a non-U.S. delivery address, we'll cancel it and refund the shipping & handling fee in full.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we'll reship it once you give us a corrected address; a second shipping fee may apply. If a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier but you can't find it, contact us and we'll work with you — see section 6.

6.60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To claim it, contact us with your order number or the email address you used at checkout. You do not need to return the decal to receive a replacement or refund, and we don't charge a restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

7.Returns & Refunds

Because the decal itself is free, "returns" under this offer are handled entirely through the 60-day guarantee in section 6 — reach out and we'll refund your shipping & handling or send a replacement. If you'd prefer to send a decal back, contact us first for instructions; return postage is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong thing.

8.Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders move to fulfillment fast. If you need to change your address, quantity, or cancel, email us as soon as possible and include your order number — if it hasn't shipped, we'll fix it. If it already shipped, the 60-day guarantee in section 6 still has you covered.

9.Availability & Offer Period

This is a limited promotional run. Quantities are limited and the offer may be modified, paused, or ended at any time and without notice. Availability of a specific quantity option, of rush shipping, or of the promotion as a whole is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Orders we've already confirmed will be honored at the price shown when you ordered, even if the promotion ends afterward. If we can't fulfill a confirmed order, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Offer void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

10.About the Product

• The decal is a die-cut, UV-laminated vinyl decal, approximately 4 inches tall.
• It's designed for outdoor durability on clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces.
• Product photography is representative. Actual color may vary slightly with your screen settings and normal production variation between print runs.
• Durability claims assume proper application to a clean, dry surface, and normal use. We can't be responsible for adhesion failure, paint or finish damage, or decals lost due to improper application, application to unsuitable surfaces, pressure washing, solvents, or removal.

Apply at your own discretion. Do not apply anything to a windshield or window in a way that obstructs your view or violates local vehicle regulations.

11.Email & Phone Contact

When you order, we'll email you order confirmations, shipping notices, and tracking — these are transactional messages tied to your order.

By providing your email address you also agree to receive marketing email from Skull Society about our gear and rally deals. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, and we'll still send your order and shipping updates. We don't sell your email address.

A phone number is optional and, if you give us one, is used for delivery and shipping updates related to your order.

12.Your Information

We collect the name, contact details, and shipping address needed to fulfill your order, and we share them with the service providers who make that possible — our payment processor (Stripe), our fulfillment and shipping carriers, and our email provider. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Our site also uses standard analytics and advertising tools, which may set cookies and measure actions like page views and completed orders. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how it's used, and your choices in full.

13.Trademarks & Artwork

All artwork, designs, logos, photography, and copy on this site are owned by Skull Society or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a decal gives you the decal — it does not transfer any rights in the artwork. Reproduction, resale of the artwork, or commercial use without our written permission isn't permitted.

14.Limitation of Liability

Except for the 60-day guarantee described in section 6, the products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Skull Society's total liability arising out of this offer is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the order in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot legally be waived. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved by talking it out will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

16.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when this page last changed.
